We have a special song, would Chokolate be willing to learn – is this possible?

Most definitely! Our musicians will learn any song with a tick of approval from them. Our musicians must be comfortable with everything they’re learning as we want to be smooth like caramel.

 

I want to secure a Chocolate ensemble entertainment for my date BUT I don’t have the exact date?

No problem! We will work with you. If you’d like to lock in your nominated ensemble and ensure they are available, you can pay your deposit. So easy! We’ll block the closest estimated date out, and that way, you’ve secured the act of your choice. We can work on your confirmed times & details closer to the date.

 

Can I change a few things in my Chokolate package, is it flexible?

We like to ensure our packages can provide flexibility as much as possible. Our packages are examples of the most popular for events. We do love to personalise wherever possible. For example, if you’d like us to play longer, want us to wear a particular colour (though, we love our differing Chokololate colours), or feel like adding an instrument or two, we can offer this to you. Let's bring your vision to life, giving that touch of sweetness.

 

What sort of space does a Chokolate ensemble and/or DJ require?

Your Chokolate Manager will be able to provide concise information regarding this. However, to provide a little insight, the space required will vary depending on the ensemble you book. For example, if you opt for a 3- or 4-piece they will require roughly 3m x 4m of space, including the speakers. Our DJ or 2 piece requires approx. 2m x 2m.

 

Do I need to provide meals for the performers on the day?

Our Chokolate Musicians would be very appreciative of a meal. It is required for the Musicians or DJ who are playing for more than 3 hours.

 

Can we see our preferred Chokolate ensembles play live before booking?

Our Musicians do primarily perform for private functions only. Finding a gig open to the public can be challenging. If a public gig is available this will be listed in our upcoming events on our social media platforms. We strongly recommend viewing our videos & audio on our website as it truly represents what you get on the day.

 

Wedding question— Do you offer live music for my wedding ceremony only?

We sure do! There is a minimum charge of 2 hours for our Musicians; which generally covers pre-ceremony (30 minutes), ceremony (30 minutes) and canapé hour (1 hour). Our artists block out the whole day for your wedding. We are focused on you and your special moments.

 

Will an Acoustic Duo or Trio be suitable for a dance-floor?

Our live music offer unique set lists for all vibes. We recommend chatting to your assigned Chokolate Manager if you’re hoping to have them extend into dance-floor. If you’re looking for upbeat, this is better suited to our live band and/or DJ’s.

 

I want live music and a DJ?

Our live music + DJ combo can definitely be provided. To elevate your entertainment making it top deck! We can offer our live vocalist, instrumentalists, and DJ to play seamlessly together if you want a party to remember!

The best part is, you can customise this even more by choosing the instruments you’d like included – sax, drums, Electric guitar and/or percussion.
